Entry forms are available upon request from Carl Hammond, please call 541-420-7882 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Entries and fees should be returned by July 1 for inclusion in the Art Show program.
Displays may be set up on Thursday evening or Friday by 12:00 AM. Pieces to be included in the judging should be identified by name and media. Awards are given for best of media as well as:

Southwest Ranch Heritage:
Best of Show - Craftsman:
People's Choice Award is given at the conclusion of the Art Show based on visitor votes.
Pieces may be donated or commissioned for the Saturday evening auction. Approximately 60 pieces will be offered in a live auction. All participants are asked to donate at least one piece for the Auction to help offset the cost of the show. There is a 25% commission for Western Art Roundup.
